This policy explains what personal data GGHOST collects when you use this website, the billing area and the game panel, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The company responsible for your data (the "controller") is Arya Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at hello@gghost.cloud.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Billing details: your billing address and country, the orders you place, and records of your payments and invoices.
- Payment information: card and bank details are entered with and handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Technical and security data: IP addresses, login times and devices, and logs of actions in the billing area and panel.
- Server usage: resource use of your servers (CPU, memory, disk, network) and the files you upload to them.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, support ticket or Discord.
2. Why we use it
- to create your account, deliver your servers and keep them running;
- to take payments, send invoices and keep the financial records the law requires;
- to send service emails, such as order confirmations, delivery notices, renewal reminders and security alerts;
- to protect the service, for example by detecting fraud, abuse and attacks;
- to answer your questions and support requests;
- to measure our ads and show GGHOST ads to people who visited our sites (Meta Pixel, see Cookies).
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us:
- Payment providers offered at checkout, to process your payments;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and network, including Cloudflare, which carries traffic to our websites;
- Resend, our email delivery provider, to send service emails;
- SendCoop, our newsletter provider: your email address and first name, only if you subscribe;
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): the pages you visit on this website and in the billing area, with a browser identifier, to measure and target our ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you accept marketing cookies;
- UTMCAP, our ad measurement tool: which ad brought you here, the pages you visit and the orders you place, with a browser identifier, so we know which ads work. Same consent rules as Meta Pixel;
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union and Asia. Where a provider offers standard contractual clauses or a similar safeguard for international transfers, we rely on them.
4. Cookies and local storage
The billing area and panel use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. They are needed for the service to work. This website also remembers the region you picked on the plan pages in your browser's local storage, so the right prices show next time. That choice stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel). This website and the billing area use Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit, so we can measure our ads and show GGHOST ads to people who visited us. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, it only runs after you accept it. Everywhere else it runs by default and you can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of this website, or Reject all in the billing area's cookie banner. How Meta uses this data is explained in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Ad measurement (UTMCAP). When you arrive from one of our ads, UTMCAP records which ad it was and whether you later buy, using a browser identifier. It loads from dataapi.gghost.cloud and follows the same rules as Meta Pixel above: only after you accept in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and you can turn it off with Cookie settings anywhere else.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymise it, except for billing and payment records, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server files are deleted when a service is terminated. Security logs are kept only as long as they are useful for protecting the service.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong (most details you can change yourself in the billing area);
- delete your account and data, apart from the records we must keep by law.
Email hello@gghost.cloud from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm it is really you first.
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland
We use your data on these legal bases:
- contract: to run your account and the servers you order;
- legal obligation: to keep billing and tax records;
- legitimate interests: to keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
- consent: for optional emails such as news and offers, and for marketing cookies (Meta Pixel), which you can turn off at any time.
You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in the United States
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share page-visit data with Meta through Meta Pixel for advertising, which some state laws call "sharing" for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising. You can opt out at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of this website, or Reject all in the billing area's cookie banner.
7. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and turn on two-factor authentication if it is available to you. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.
8. Children
GGHOST is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to set up and manage the account for you. In the EEA and UK, users under 16 need a parent's or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has given us personal data without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will also tell you by email or in the billing area.
